Rabble.ca will be live web-streaming key portions of the Council of
Canadians 25th annual general meeting this coming Friday October 22 and
Saturday October 23.

On Friday October 22 between 7 pm and 9:30 pm ET, tune in to watch our
public forum focusing on the Canada-EU ‘free trade’ agreement. That
forum will feature Council of Canadians chairperson Maude Barlow, trade
lawyer Steven Shrybman, and professor Dorval Brunelle. That evening will
also include Latin musicians, La Banda Sabrosa, slam poets John  Akpata,
D-LightFull, The Recipe, and two youth activists, Jasmine Thomas and
Brynne Sinclair-Waters.

On Saturday October 23, you can watch plenary panel presentations on:
‘Real and False Solutions to the Climate Crisis’ (from 9 am to 10:15 am
ET), ‘Youth Acting for Positive Change’ (from 1 pm to 2:15 pm ET), and
‘Water for People and Nature’ (from 4 pm to 5:15 pm ET).
